Visiting our showroom allows you to see our creativity, the products we sell and to gather inspiration from the complete kitchens and baths on display. A designer can discuss project
specifics and your vision for that space. There is no fee for this consultation, but we do suggest an appointment to ensure a designer would be available to assist you. Click for our showroom hours.

On-Site Consultation |
This professional service provides a consultation with a Kitchen and Bath Concepts designer. After establishing an investment range, this service could include a discussion of design possibilities, an inventory of basic needs and requirements and measuring. An investment range is needed to assist us in providing you with the best possible products within the scope of your project. If you do not have an idea about an investment range, the designer can assist in establishing one. There is a
professional fee for this consultation and is applied to the cost of your total project. No design work or plan is provided with this service.

Retainers |
A retainer is for those individuals who need a professional
to create design solutions. There is a fee for this service and is applied
toward the final agreement. This service could include a job site
inspection, inventory of needs and requests, design solutions, a finalized
detailed floor plan, graphic presentations, consultation time, and a written
proposal. As a design/build company, plans are released only when an
agreement is signed. For additional information, please visit our showroom

Remodeling |
Major Renovation Projects
A major renovation includes a new design, space planning, a
complete remodel of existing products, and replacement with new cabinets,
counters, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, etc. Sometimes walls
(including load bearing), doors and windows are added, removed or relocated.

Minor Renovation Projects
A minor renovation is an improvement of your existing space.
This project includes some or all of the following: countertop replacement,
plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, hardware and backsplash.

A design specialist will price your plan -as is- with one
cabinet manufacturer and two finish options at no charge. No drawings or designs
are included. A retainer may be necessary if changes are requested.
